Greetings Friends!

It’s such a beautiful morning here right now in West Asheville, North Carolina
The birds are singing, the sky is a pure Carolina blue. The sun is peeking out over the ancient oak tree filling my heart with radiant light… as the bumblebees and butterflies float through this late morning dream.
There’s a stillness within. A feeling that everything in my perceptual field arises and falls from the ONE divine Infinite light.

This summer has been to a large degree thus far, and more quiet, introspective time for me. Making space for new openings and shifts within.

It’s really beautiful to follow the natural inward and outward movements within us, like the ebb and flow of the ocean.
