Love God AND Have Great Abs :) – Brian Satori Piergrossi

World-famous entrepreneur Richard Branson was once asked “How do you become more productive?” Tim Ferris tells the story from here in his book “The 4 Hour Body”:

” “How do you become more productive?”

Richard Branson leaned back and thought for a second. The tropical sounds of his private oasis, Necker Island, murmured in the background. Twenty people sat around him at rapt attention, wondering what a billionaire’s answer would be to one of the big questions—perhaps the biggest question—of business. The group had been assembled by marketing impresario Joe Polish to brainstorm growth options for Richard’s philanthropic Virgin Unite. It was one of his many new ambitious projects. Virgin Group already had more than 300 companies, more than 50,000 employees, and $25 billion per year in revenue. In other words, Branson had personally built an empire larger than the GDP of some developing countries.

Then he broke the silence:

“Work out.”

He was serious and elaborated: working out gave him at least four additional hours of productive time every day.

The cool breeze punctuated his answer like an exclamation point.”

I can not emphasis enough how important exercise is to those interested in living a life of optimal well-being. The benefits permeate all aspects of your life. Physical exercise increases energy, reduces stress, and anxiety, strengthens the immune system, facilitates cerebral and kinesthetic intelligence, builds stamina and endurance, stronger bones and muscles, confidence and self worth. fosters discipline, perseverance, commitment, the ability to achieve goals and objectives, increases libido, increases alertness, emotional balance, releases loads of endorphins .. and that’s just some of the benefits..

In short, if you want to ‘get happy’, one of the most practical things you can do is exercise.

Late last year I realized I was being called to be more productive in taking my work and play to a whole new level and share my message in places like India and Europe and South East Asia.. When I realized the increased energy that was being asked to run through my body I knew I needed to get my body stronger to be able to be a clear channel for the sheer power and intelligence of the frequency that wanted to run through me. In order to do that I knew I needed to work out and train my body with greater consistency and discipline ..

Because I travel so much a gym membership at home has always been a challenge for me as a worthwhile investment. Then I discovered ‘Anytime Fitness’ which has been a blessing for my lifestyle. I have access 24 hours a day 7 days a week to any of the thousands of gyms wherever I go all over the US and beyond. It’s perfect for me and perfect for this next level..

I’m excited to say I recently invested in a 2 year gym membership and I’m excited to see what I look and feel like in 2 years… and how productive I am.

The body is our evolutionary vehicle for our expression in the 3D world.. It is our sacred temple… It is our art form.. Body, mind and spirit are ONE.
